Various Features!

This new update adds various features to the game, such as:

- New items can drop from enemies, there's the speed boost that will make you twice as fast for 10 seconds, aswell as the shield item, that will make you invulnerable to any damage for 10 seconds!
- Item slots added! Press E to use the main item and press Q to use the secondary item!
- Update pop up appears when a new update is avaiable, no need to be checking the page every time now!

And also other changes have been made:

- Heart item now gives you 30 percent of your total health  back.
- Enemies will now be further apart on higher levels.
- Boss spawns with the R key now instead.
