Fixed Speed Item.

The speed item used to only work for 3 seconds instead of 10 if the inventory was full, this has now been fixed.

Minor updates also uncluded:

- Ball bombs 1 and 2 now have spikes
- Ball Bombs 1 and 2 have bigger lifetimes now
- Smile III is now faster
